Doc's Majestic Lad Our registered American Quarter Horse "DOC'S MAJESTIC LAD" has the best disposition of any horse we've ever known. 	Due to a brain stem injury from a car accident in 1999, our son Jeff has spent most of his waking hours in a wheelchair -- but he can still ride this very gentle stallion. Thanks in a large part to "Lad," Jeff is making progress in his recovery. Lad seems to understand Jeff's condition, and the therapy of riding him is re-teaching Jeff's body the sense of balance. Jeff is now able to walk some with a walker, and is not giving up on his goal to walk again. Understandably, we could never accept any amount of money for Lad, but we feel strongly that others should benefit from his unique combination of traits.
